V0.7 : Stabilization

I would like to begin an habit: giving a monthly overview of the main changes happening on the SAF website, so here are the implemented changes since last month:
- Injection bug correction (for cartographers)
- Merge visual implementations (resolves some compatibility issues of the dynamic view on Google Chrome)
- Celestial deletion (star > continent) (for cartographers)
- Star ordering in galaxy view : by name or date
- Featuring implementation

Next focus:
- Galaxy nesting to have consistent distance and positionning of related galaxies
- Weekly presentation of newly mapped elements in the universe, with a focus on a specific galaxy / star / planet
- Better explorer/cartographer personal pages
- Access to authorized flags of other members
- Protostars list and detail

The implementation will be slowed down a bit for the following months because of some IRL priorities, but some stuff will appear from time to time, and the encyclopedia will continue to expand ;)
